NEET UG 2021: COVID-19 Advisory For Exam Centre

NTA will conduct NEET 2021 in pen and paper mode on September 12th. Aspirants must adhere to the NTA’s NEET 2021 COVID-19 guideline.

NEW DELHI: Tomorrow, September 12, 2021, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) in pen and paper format. There will be 202 exam cities for the undergraduate medical exam. At the exam centre, every applicant taking NEET 2021 must follow particular COVID-19 norms.

NTA has published the COVID-19 advice along with the admit card since over 16 lakh applicants are likely to sit in NEET 2021. NEET 2021 admit card ‘self-declaration form’ has also been published along with the advise. The NEET 2021 self-declaration undertaking form will guarantee that an applicant is eligible to take the exam. NTA recommends that candidates read the NEET 2021 COVID-19 guideline.

NEET UG 2021 COVID-19 guidelines to Follow

  • Candidates and exam centre personnel will be permitted to use hand sanitizer on the admission date and throughout the exam centre.
  • In the NEET 2021 test hall, a two-seat gap will be maintained.
  • Thermo guns will be used to check each candidate’s temperature in the registration room.

NEET 2021 pre-exam COVID-19 advisory

  • Candidates must arrive at the NEET 2021 exam centre on time as specified on their admit card. It should be remembered that no applicant will be allowed to enter the NEET 2021 exam venue after the gate has closed.
  • At the NEET 2021 test centre, aspirants must keep a distance of at least six feet between them at all times.
  • At the test centre, students must carry a fully completed NEET 2021 admit card and undertaking, as well as other required papers.
  • When reporting to the NEET 2021 test centres, candidates will be required to wear masks and carry tiny sanitizers.

NEET exam COVID-19 advisory during the exam

  • Students must use a hand sanitizer supplied in the NEET 2021 test venue to sanitise their hands.
  • After cleaning their hands with sanitizer, candidates must paste passport-size photos and sign the attendance sheet and admit card.
  • Candidates will be given new N95 masks to exclude the possibility of any UFM being utilised in the examination.

NEET 2021 post-exam COVID advisory

  • Candidates must exit the NEET 2021 test venue in a timely way when the exam is over.
  • After the exam, the NEET 2021 admit card must be turned over to the invigilator. Any candidate who fails to give over their admit card to the invigilator will face consequences.

The NEET 2021 exam will be held for undergraduate medical, dentistry, and BSc nursing programmes. Admission to 83,075 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, and 525 BVSc & AH seats through NEET 2021 results. There will be 1,899 AIIMS seats and 249 JIPMER seats available.
