Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has invited management graduates to register for TCS MBA Hiring, a management hiring initiative. Management graduates from the years 2020, 2021, and 2022 can apply for TCS MBA Hiring on the company’s official website before November 9. “The programme is open to all management graduates who will be able to join our workforce in FY 2022-23.” TCS announced the initiative on its official website, saying, “The path to building a strong foundation for a remarkable career is now open for all PAN India candidates with Year of Passing (YOP) as 2020,2021 & 2022 for permitted specialisations only.”

Step 1. Log in to the TCS Next Step Portal here 

Step 2. Register and apply for the TCS MBA Hiring 

Step 3. Select your mode of test as Remote and click on ‘Apply’ 

Step 4. To confirm your status, check ‘Track Your Application’. The status should reflect as ‘Applied for Drive’.

TCS will consider candidates with a two-year full-time MBA, MMS, PGDBA, or PGDM in marketing, finance, operations, supply chain management, information technology, general management, business analytics, or project management. TCS will accept applications from candidates who have earned a minimum of 60% in all of their classes, diploma (if applicable), graduation, and post-graduation exams. MBA hiring will necessitate a BTech or B.E. background prior to the MBA, as well as an Integrated MBA. Students who have outstanding debts at the time of the TCS selection process will not be considered.

TCS will take into account a two-year academic gap if one exists. Students must declare any gaps in their education and provide valid reasons backed up by documentation. Students who have completed NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) secondary and senior secondary courses are also eligible to apply if they are enrolled in other full-time courses. TCS will administer the test, which will include 47 questions covering verbal aptitude (7 questions), quantitative aptitude (20 questions), and business aptitude (20 questions).
