NTA JEE Main 2025 exam date, registration link, information bulletin, syllabus, eligibility criteria are awaited at new website.

The new Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, has been upgraded by the National Testing Agency (NTA), which has also announced revisions to the JEE Mains 2025 exam pattern.

new JEE Main 2025 official website

The exam officials have made the decision to eliminate the optional questions in section B of each topic in accordance with the updated JEE Main exam pattern 2025. In the specific section of both papers, candidates will no longer be given the choice to tackle any five of the ten questions; instead, they must attempt all five.

NTA stated that the JEE Main 2025 exam structure would revert to its original format, citing that the option to attempt five questions was introduced as a temporary solution to the academic difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemic and that the World Health Organization (WHO) has now declared the end of Covid as a public health emergency. The 2021–2024 optional questions were beneficial to candidates.

The JEE Main 2025 information bulletin, which is anticipated, will contain the comprehensive exam pattern. Exam dates, registration dates, syllabus, eligibility requirements, marking scheme, and a list of exam cities will all be included in the JEE Mains 2025 information bulletin.

JEE Main 2025 exam date, registration

The testing agency had already informed the official JEE Main 2025 website that registration would open in “due course of time.” The JEE Main application form 2025 is anticipated to be released on November 1st, based on previous years’ patterns.

The JEE Main exam was administered in two sessions last year: the first took place in January and the second in April. NTA prepares their JEE Main results based on the contestants’ highest scores.

There are two papers on the JEE Mains test. While Paper 2 is for BArch and BPlanning courses, Paper 1 is for BE and BTech programs. The National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and other institutions offer engineering and architectural programs to students who pass the test. In order to get admitted to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), it is also a requirement for JEE Advanced.
