Candidates who have not yet applied now have additional time, as the registration window will remain open until February 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Following the closure of the registration process, applicants will have the opportunity to pay the application fee between February 22 and February 23, 2025. Additionally, the modification window for making corrections to submitted applications will be available from March 6 to March 15, 2025. However, certain details, such as those entered in the “Create an Account” section and the chosen RRB, cannot be changed after submission.

According to the official notification, candidates must carefully follow the guidelines when submitting their applications. The notification emphasizes:
“Candidates must ensure that their own photograph and signature, as per the standard specifications mentioned in the notice, are uploaded in the online application. If, at any stage of the recruitment process, it is noted that the photograph/signature is blurred, ineligible, or non-standard, such applications are liable to be rejected.”

Candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee based on their category:
- General, OBC, and EWS candidates: ₹500
- SC/ST candidates: ₹250
Note: A partial refund of the application fee will be provided after the Stage I examination.
