- Visit the official ICSI portal: Candidates must apply through the designated link: https://cc.icsi.edu.
- Receive login credentials: After submitting the request, students will receive a User ID and Password via their registered email from cpioexam@icsi.edu.
- Log in to access answer books: Using the provided credentials, students must log in at https://cc.icsi.edu/SignIn to access their answer books.
- Report any issues: In case of difficulties in accessing the answer book, students should email cpioexam@icsi.edu within the Record Retention Period specified by the institute.
Key Guidelines for Accessing Answer Books
- The copy of the evaluated answer book is strictly personal and will only be supplied to the student concerned. No third party can request or access the document.
- Answer books will be made available for online viewing only via the ICSI portal—physical copies will not be provided.
- If a student applies for both verification of marks and a copy of the answer book simultaneously, the process will be handled as per ICSI’s guidelines, and access to the answer book will only be granted after the completion of the verification procedure.
Verification of Marks and Addressing Grievances
Students who access their answer books and identify potential errors in valuation can apply for Verification of Marks under Regulation 42(2) of the CS Regulations, 1982. To do so, they must:
- Submit the prescribed Application Form through their Student Login on the ICSI portal.
- Pay the requisite fee for verification.
- Apply within the stipulated timeframe:
- 60 days from the date of result declaration, OR
- 15 days from the date the answer book is made available, whichever is earlier.
