Company Secretary Results Verification Facility: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has declared the results for the CS Professional Programme exam. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their subject-wise scores on the ICSI official website (icsi.edu).
For those who are not satisfied with their scores, ICSI has announced a verification of marks facility, which will be available from February 26 to March 18, 2025. Candidates can apply for verification through the SMASH portal by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹250 per subject.
How to Apply for Verification of Marks
The verification of marks process allows candidates to ensure accuracy in the evaluation of their answer sheets. As per Regulation 42(2) of the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982, candidates can apply for verification within 21 days from the date of result declaration.
Application Process
- Candidates must apply through their SMASH portal login account.
- The application fee is ₹250 per subject (non-refundable).

An official ICSI notification stated:
“A candidate may apply for ‘Verification of Marks’ in any subject(s) of CS examination within 21 days from the date of result declaration. The interested candidates can apply through the SMASH portal login account as per the prescribed procedure with a fee of ₹250 per subject.”
ICSI CS December 2024 Exam Overview
The ICSI CS December 2024 exams were conducted from December 21 to December 30, 2024. With the results now available, candidates who believe there may be errors or inconsistencies in their evaluation can opt for the verification process.
ICSI CS June 2025 Exam Schedule
ICSI has also announced the dates for the next CS Professional and Executive Programme examinations for both:
- Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & 2022)
- Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022)
The June 2025 exams will take place from June 1 to June 10, 2025, in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM.
