Central Government Holiday List 2024: Holiday counting is common. The calendar of holidays for the upcoming year has been made public by the Central Government. This list combines historical events, religious festivals, national and international celebrations, and other local observances. 

 The Office Memorandum dated July 3, 2023 states that all Central Government Administrative Offices in Delhi and New Delhi will observe approximately 17 gazetted holidays in 2024. There will also be a few restricted holidays in addition to this.

Gazetted Holidays of 2024

A gazetted holiday has been formally declared by the government and published in the official gazette. This shows that it is recognized and observed as a national holiday by the government and other public institutions across the country.
