“Idukki” has been removed as a GATE 2022 exam city by IIT Kharagpur. As a result, there are now three GATE exam cities 2022 that have been removed from the list of exam centres. The authorities had previously removed the other two GATE 2022 exam cities, Sonepat and Panipat. GATE 2022 will now be held in 202 cities, following the removal of three exam cities.
Candidates who selected these three GATE exam cities 2022 when filling out the application form can now change their minds during the GATE 2022 application form correction process. There will be no additional fee for these candidates to change their GATE 2022 exam city.
From November 1 to 12, the authorities offered the GATE 2022 form correction service. After paying an additional fee, candidates can change their category, GATE paper, and examination city during form correction.
Candidates must login to the candidate portal using their email address and password to correct their GATE 2022 application. Candidates who want to make changes to their GATE application before the deadline must do so before the deadline.
The GATE 2022 admit card will be released on January 3 by the authorities. GATE 2022 will be administered online on February 5, 6, 12, and 13, with two shifts on each exam day. GATE 2022 results will be released on March 17, as planned.
The registration period for GATE 2022 was open from September 2 to September 30, with no late fees. The application deadline for GATE 2022 with a late fee was October 7.
