IGNOU PhD Admissions 2024: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has commenced the admission process for the PhD programme. Candidates can apply for the PhD from the Open University at ignouadm.samarth.edu.in.

IGNOU PhD Admissions 2024: The PhD program at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is now accepting applications. Candidates who meet the requirements can apply for the Open University’s PhD program at ignouadm.samarth.edu.in.

According to the Minimum Standards and Procedures for Award of PhD Degree Regulations, 2022, candidates may apply for PhD admission if they have a valid UGC NET with JRF or a valid UGC NET score from 2024.

A 1,000 rupee application fee will be required to submit an online application. Before completing the application, candidates are encouraged to read the official notification.

“The JRF-qualified students are admitted into the PhD programme based on an interview as per the University Grants Commission. The Candidates with valid UGC NET with JRF will be called for interview and the interview shall carry 100 per cent weightage,” read the official website. For these candidates, the interview will consist of three components: research methodology (40 per cent), subject knowledge (40 per cent), and communication skills (20 per cent).

Step 2: Click on the new registration link on the homepage

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen and candidates will have to enter the required detials

Step 4: Fill out the application form and click on the submit button
