• Educational Level: Students enrolled in Class 11 and 12, undergraduate, postgraduate, MPhil, Ph.D., or professional courses (e.g., Medical, Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, LLB, Management, BCom, MCom, BA, BSc).
• Category: Applicants must belong to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories, verified by a valid caste certificate.
• Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh, with a valid domicile certificate.
• Income Limit:

   • Click on the New Beneficiary Profile Registration link under the Login section.
2. Create an Account:
   • Provide personal details: Name, Aadhaar Number, Date of Birth, Town/City, Mobile Number, Address, Email Address, Caste Certificate Number.
   • Click Save & Next. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
   • Verify the OTP and set a User ID and Password. Save these credentials for future logins.

Computerization project of schemes and processes run by Tribal Affairs and Scheduled Castes Welfare Department

Tribal Affairs and Scheduled Castes Welfare Department is a comprehensive department, operation of various types of schemes is a challenging task for the department.

At present, the working style and process of the department are being operated in a traditional offline manner.

To bring transparency in the operation of the schemes, the entire schemes and processes of the department must be computerized and made online.

So that the benefits of the schemes reach the people in less time and quality work can be done for monitoring the schemes etc.

For the fulfillment of this objective, the computerization project of schemes and processes of the Tribal Affairs and Scheduled Castes Welfare Department has been started by the department, which is known as MPTAASC for short.

The main components of the project are software development and hardware installation. The project is being implemented in different phases as follows –

• Preparation of To-Be, FRS, and SRS for computerization of schemes and processes – To-Be, FRS, and SRS documents PMU team for computerization of all schemes, related modules, and processes under Tribal Affairs and Scheduled Castes Welfare Department and Scheduled Castes Welfare Department (5 members) who have been selected through NICSI.
• Making the entire process online under the schemes and procedures – Based on To-Be, FRS, and SRS documents, an online application (software) of all the schemes, related modules and processes is being created by PIU (MAPIT).
• Integration with successful and useful applications (software) of other departments like UIDAI, E-District, Samagra, SRDH, NPCI, Board of Secondary Education, IFMIS, HRMIS, CCTNS, etc., for ease of planning, related modules, and processes. done/being done
• A total of 18 modules are to be developed under MPTAASC. Beneficiaries of almost all departmental schemes under MPTAASC will be easily transferred to their bank account only after registering their profile with Aadhar-based DBT, as well as the schemes in which it is necessary to apply, through the internet without coming to the office. MPTAAS Awas Yojana (MPTASS आवास सहायता योजना)

Guidelines For MPTASS Awaas Yojana Scheme

Scheme Details:

The main objective of this scheme is to provide housing assistance to tribal boys and girls who are getting college and higher-level education outside their home residence and who have not been admission to any government hostel.

Students of the entire Madhya Pradesh can use this housing scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

• This scheme is for scheduled tribe students.
• The applicant must be a permanent citizen of Madhya Pradesh.
• Such students, who are regularly admitted in government and recognized non-government colleges/universities / other institutions, after passing class 12th, in graduate / post-graduate / supported high-level courses and who have not got admission in any government hostel, such government hostel will be eligible.
• The eligibility for housing assistance to the student will be based on the headquarter of the rental residence and not on the basis of the headquarter of the institution of study.
• Rs.2000/- in Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, and Ujjain Divisional Headquarters, Rs.1250/- in other District Headquarters, and Rs.1000/- per student per month in Tehsil/Development Block Headquarters. Will be
• Eligible students up to the income limitation prescribed in the Port Matric Scholarship Scheme will be eligible for the benefit of the scheme.
• The scheme will be eligible only if the domicile of the college or the school is not located in the geographical boundary of the same local body (Urban body / Gram Panchayat). There will be no restriction on other distances.
• The rent amount in excess of the prescribed housing assistance will have to be borne by the students themselves.
• Students will be ineligible for this scheme in the coming year if they fail or if the exam result is postponed.
• All the children of the same mother/father will be treated as separate beneficiaries.

Necessary Conditions

• The applicant must register the beneficiary profile.

• The applicant should have the application number/registration number received in the admission counseling process.
• The applicant should have supporting information related to admission to the college (eg – college name, grade name, branch name, college address).
• The applicant should have the rent-related documents like affidavits and consent letter/rent deed of the landlord.

Process

• After admission to the organization, applicants apply for a housing assistance scheme.
• At the time of applying, the applicant enters the information of his/her institution and rental address.
• The admission of judges is confirmed by the Nodal College/Admission Institution.
• The officials check the information related to the rent given in the application and the admission to the institution.
• After the verification of the information, the district authority approves the application.
• The incentive amount is paid in Aadhaar linked bank account.
• The status of the application is sent to the beneficiary on the registered email and SMS.

Note: The present MPTASS portal is for scheduled students admitted in 2018-19 with the facility to apply for housing assistance.

Applications for renewal applications will be made through the existing NIC Portal only.

Application Process For MPTASS Awaas Yojana Scheme

• Click on “Online Services”.

• First to enter use your User ID Password (which you will have to enter on the profile) on the existing website to log in

• If the beneficiary’s profile has not been registered, then first register your profile, after that login using Email ID as mentioned in profile and User ID and Password received on mobile SMS

• After login user select Awaas menu on the dashboard screen

• If you are applying for the Housing Assistance Scheme for the first time then click “Apply Application”, Select the menu, and if you have applied for housing assistance and submitted If you want to know the status then select the menu “Application Status”.

• The form for entering educational information is displayed upon selection of the “Apply Application” menu, here, if you have applied for the post-matric scholarship, then your admitted institution and educational information such as admission no., date of admission, type of angle admitted, course name, branch information like name, admission batch, etc. will be displayed automatically.

• If you have not applied for post matriculation then your admission details like college name, admission number, admission date and educational information like admission number, date of admission, type of course (level), course name, branch Information like name, admission batch etc. has to be entered manually.
• Now you check the supported information shown and if the information shown is correct according to you then provide your consent by reading all the declarations below and click on “Save & Next” button otherwise click on “Save” button Do try again.

Save and after clicking on the big button next a form will be displayed for entering your address / current address Here you have to enter your permanent/current address information.

Here the address information entered by you at the time of profile registration will also be displayed, if the address entered in your profile is the current/permanent address then select the ‘Yes’ option.

On selecting the Yes option, the current address information will automatically be filled in as per the address given in the profile.

If the address entered in your profile is not the current (Permanent) address then select the No option.

On selecting the No option, enter the details of the given fields like District Name, Area Type, but Body Name, etc. for the current address.

After filling the current address information, enter and save the following information related to address proof and click on big button next.

After entering the information related to the rental address, as per the rules of the Housing Assistance Scheme, if your rental address matches with the address of the admitted institution and the permanent address are different from the address of the admitted institution, then a verification of the information entered will be done.

Here the monthly rent amount to be paid and the estimated total rent amount to be paid subject to verification received by the system based on the date of admission entered by you and the start date of rental is shown.

In addition, the relevant information related to the address of the institution entered in your application, permanent/current address and rental address is also shown.

Now you check the supported information shown and if the information showed is correct according to you then give your consent by reading all the below-given details and click on the “Submit” button otherwise try again by clicking on “Submit” button.

After clicking on the “Submit” button, before successful submission of information you are shown a message to confirm the application “Do you want to apply for the Housing Assistance Scheme?

If you want to submit with the entered and shown information then click on the “Yes” button.
