MCC NEET UG counseling 2024 dates announced: The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) counseling date for admission to MBBS, BDS, and other UG medical degrees has been notified by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
It is anticipated that on August 14, 2024, MCC NEET UG counseling registration for the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) would open. Candidates who meet the requirements based on the updated merit list and final NEET UG results 2024 must apply online at mcc.nic.in.
“It is hereby informed that the NEET UG Counselling for the academic session 2024 is expected to commence tentatively from 14th of August 2024. However, the registration process for the counselling may begin in the first week of August. The candidates are advised to keep in touch with the MCC website regarding updates on schedule and further process of Counselling,” said MCC in an official notice.
NEET UG Counselling Registration Date
The MCC would provide admission to 15% of AIQ seats in state seats, 100% of MBBS, BDS seats in BHU Open, 100% of MBBS seats in AIIMS throughout India, JIPMER Open (Puducherry/Karaikal), and participation institutes through the NEET counselling 2024. Four rounds of MCC counseling—including a spot round—will be held in total.
Candidates wishing to register on the MCC portal for NEET counseling must provide a working email address and mobile number that they provided in the NTA online application form. In order to register, they must also download the Sandes app on your registered phone number for the OTP.
Candidates are recommended to check the availability of seats in the medical colleges of their choice before making their selections. In addition, choosing locking, paying fees, and uploading papers are all part of the registration process.
Selected candidates will need to verify the admission offer, submit the required money, and show up at the designated college following the announcement of the round 1 seat allocation results.

NEET UG Counselling fee 2024
Central universities like DU, AMU, BHU, and Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi, AFMC and ESI, all AIIMS, JIPMER, and BSc Nursing programs require 15% AIQ. Non-refundable registration fees of Rs 1,000 are required of general category students, while deposits of Rs 500 are required of SC, ST, OBC, and PwD. Such candidates must submit a security deposit of Rs 10,000, whilst those from the reserved category must deposit Rs 5,000.
In order to be considered for admission to deemed universities’ medical, dentistry, or bachelor of science programs, applicants must pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 5,000 as well as a refundable security deposit of Rs 2,00,000 (Rs 2 lakh).
