CHSE Odisha Arts result 2021: The results were announced today by the Odisha Council of Higher Education. This year, 98 percent of students passed the exam.
BHUBANESWAR: Over 98 percent of students in the arts stream passed the Class 12 tests, with girls outperforming boys, according to the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, which released the results on Saturday.
The marks were assigned according to an alternate assessment scheme, according to School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash, because the examinations could not be held owing to the second wave of COVID-19. Dash revealed the results at the CHSE office here. He stated that out of 1.89 lakh students in the arts stream, 1,86,685 passed the Higher Secondary Exam (HSE) 2021, with a success rate of 98.58 percent. According to the minister, at least 95 students received a grade of 90 percent or higher.
According to him, girls passed the HSE in 92.34 percent of cases, while boys passed in 85.98 percent of cases. In the vocational stream, 4,879 pupils passed the tests, with a success rate of 99.16 percent. The CHSE released the results of the scientific and commerce streams on July 31. The science stream had a success rate of 95.15 percent, while commerce pupils had a pass rate of 94.96 percent. The government had asked the Supreme Court for more time after the court had ordered the results to be announced by July 31.
