RRB NTPC Syllabus 2021: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is holding the RRB NTPC test for the positions of Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) (RRBs). RRB NTPC Syllabus & Exam Pattern

RRB NTPC 2021 The exam will be divided into two stages: the first stage (prelims) and the second stage (mains) (Mains). The RRB NTPC stage 1 and stage 2 syllabuses are identical. The primary difference between the RRB NTPC stage 1 and stage 2 exams is the test pattern. RRB NTPC Syllabus for Stage I CBT

In the RRB NTPC Stage I test, there will be a total of 100 questions. The RRB NTPC Stage I test syllabus is shown below. CBT The questions will be objective in nature, with many options, and will most likely cover the following topics:

a) Mathematics Syllabus for RRB NTPC

Number System, Decimals, Elementary Algebra, Time and Distance, Ratio and Proportions, Percentage, Fractions, LCM, HCF, Mensuration, Time and Work, Profit and Loss, Simple and Compound Interest, Geometry and Trigonometry, Elementary Statistics etc.

b) Reasoning And General Intelligence Syllabus for RRB NTPC

Analogies, Completion of Number and Alphabetical Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical Operations, Venn Diagrams, Puzzle, Similarities and Differences, Relationships, Analytical Reasoning, Syllogism, Jumbling, Data Sufficiency, Statement- Conclusion, Statement- Courses of Action, Decision Making, Maps, Interpretation of Graphs etc.

c) General Awareness Syllabus for RRB NTPC

Current Events of National and International Importance (Current Affairs), Art and Culture of India, Indian Literature, Monuments and Places of India, History of India and Freedom Struggle, Physical, Games and Sports, General Science and Life Science (up to 10th CBSE), UN and Other important World Organizations, Environmental Issues Concerning India and World at Large, Basics of Computers and Computer Applications, Common Abbreviations, Social and Economic Geography of India and World, Indian Polity and Governance- constitution and political system, General Scientific and Technological Developments including Space and Nuclear Program of India, Transport Systems in India, Famous Personalities of India and World, Important Government and Public Sector Organizations of India, Indian Economy, Flagship Government Programs, Flora and Fauna of India, Current GK etc.

RRB NTPC Syllabus for Stage II CBT

The questions will be objective in nature, with multiple choice options, similar to the CBT 1. The RRB NTPC syllabus is the same for CBT 1 and CBT 2, however the test format (number of questions and marks) differs from CBT 1.

Q1. What subjects are included in the RRB NTPC exam?

Ans. General Awareness, Mathematics, General Intelligence, and Reasoning are the three topics of the RRB NTPC Exam.

Q2. What is the RRB NTPC exam’s negative marking scheme?

The negative marking method applies to this test as well. For each incorrectly answered question in the RRB NTPC test, 1/3 of a mark is deducted in both Stage I and Stage II.

Q3. How many questions will there be in the RRB NTPC Stage I and II exams?
