What is the SAIL Management Trainee Posts Eligibility and Age Limit?

Educational Qualification: The candidate should have a degree in engineering with 65% marks (average of all semesters, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular year by the institute or university) in the relevant engineering disciplines of chemical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, metallurgy, and mining.

SAIL Management Trainee Selection Procedure
The candidate will be chosen exclusively based on how well they perform in the interview, GD, and written test. A 1:3 ratio of shortlisted candidates will proceed to GD and interviews.
SAIL Management Trainee Salary
The chosen applicants will be paid at the base salary, which falls between Rs. 50000 and Rs. 180000. After completing a year of training successfully, the candidates will be paid between Rs. 60000 and Rs. 180000 and appointed as assistant managers.
