Eligibility Criteria
To apply for these positions, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. Head (Product, Investment & Research)
- Educational Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation from a Government-recognized University, Institution, or Reputed College.
2. Zonal Head, Regional Head, Relationship Manager
- Educational Qualification: Graduation from a Government-recognized University or Institution.
3. Central Research Team (Product Lead)
- Educational Qualification:
- Post-Graduation in fields like Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Statistics, or Business Administration from a Government-recognized University or Institution.
- Alternatively, candidates with CA/CFA qualifications are also eligible.
Selection Process
The selection process includes the following stages:
- Shortlisting: Based on eligibility and qualifications.
- Interview:
- The interview will carry a total of 100 marks.
- The qualifying marks will be determined by the Bank.
- CTE Negotiations: (Compensation, Terms, and Emoluments)
- Final Merit List:
- Candidates will be selected based on their scores in the interview.
- The merit list will be prepared in descending order of marks obtained.

- Fee for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: No charges.
