More states have lately announced that schools and other educational institutions would reopen for physical education programmes. While some are considering making the switch, others have already set dates for resuming offline teaching and learning. In the first phase, the majority of these states are summoning senior students back.

When Will School Reopen In Kerala
After kids have been vaccinated against COVID-19, the Kerala government would consider reopening schools in stages. The Union government and various COVID-19 expert agencies must approve the reopening of schools, General Education Minister V Sivankutty said on Monday.
“Once we obtain the required clearance from the union government and the COVID-19 expert committees and agencies,” the minister added, “the state government will explore the possibility of reopening the schools in stages.”
School Reopen In Delhi 2021
Students in Classes 10 and 12 will be permitted to attend their schools for admission-related work, counselling, mentoring, and practical related work for the forthcoming board examinations, according to the Delhi government.
In this regard, SOPs have been issued, which include obtaining written parental approval, avoiding sharing books and stationery, sanitising schools, and undertaking thermal scanning.
When Will School Reopen In Assam
According to the information given by Education Minister Ranoj Pegu, Assam schools may resume on September 1. All educational institutions in the state are presently closed due to COVID-19 limitations. The minister issued a revised notification on the schedule and weightage of internal exams for classes 11 and 10 for the academic year 2021-22 on August 6, indicating that schools may resume in September.
School Reopen In Rajasthan Latest News
Rajasthan’s government said in July that schools will resume on July 2. Rajasthan’s Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra announced the school’s reopening date on July 22, but indicated the decision will be reconsidered once the Class 12 board results were released on July 24.
“The Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot stated he would decide on the timing and type of the school opening after reviewing all factors in the meeting of the Cabinet Committee formed to develop a comprehensive SOP about the launching of the school,” the minister tweeted. There is currently no information about the Rajasthan school reopening.
When Will School Reopen In West Bengal 2021
Mamata Banerjee, the state’s chief minister, announced on July 5 that the state administration was contemplating reopening schools and institutions. The Chief Minister stated that educational institutions in the state may reopen following the Durga Puja holidays, with courses beginning on alternating days.

TN School Reopen Date 2021
Tamil Nadu will restart physical education lessons for children in grades 9 through 12 on September 1 and will enable medical institutions to reopen on August 16.
M K Stalin, the state’s chief minister, made this decision after consulting with medical professionals about the Covid-19 issue.
“In accordance with Covid-19 normal operating procedure, it has been suggested to re-open schools for Classes 9, 10, 11 and 12 with 50% of pupils from September 1,” Mr Stalin stated, citing the views of several sectors.
Mr Stalin said that the Department of School Education has been ordered to begin preliminary work in this regard.
Karnataka School Reopening
Karnataka schools will resume for classes 9 to 12 on August 23. “We have discussed the present COVID situation, and some directives have come from the all-India level concerning the possibility of an increase or drop in the positive rate in the days ahead,” Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said on Friday.
“The Chief Minister held many meetings with the involved individuals – task force, physicians, and educationalists,” BC Nagesh, the minister of primary and secondary school education, stated on August 9. After taking into account all of their viewpoints and evaluating the kids’ future prospects, schools must be established. As a result, we’re taking extra precautions.”
