SRCC’s placement report reveals the participation of 135+ top recruiters from diverse sectors, including consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FMCG, tax and audit, start-ups, and e-commerce. These recruiters contributed to the gross value of placements reaching ₹43.42 crore, with an average salary package of ₹8.63 lakh per annum.

Internship Success
In addition to full-time placements, internships also showed remarkable growth this year. The highest internship stipend increased by 67% to ₹3.67 lakh per month, with the average stipend standing at ₹40,000 per month. A total of 1,095 candidates secured internships, indicating SRCC’s robust industry connections and focus on practical learning.
Gender Distribution
SRCC’s placement data highlighted a near-equal gender representation in opportunities offered. Among the placement recipients, 55.4% were men, and 44.6% were women. For internships, the gender distribution was similarly balanced, with 57% male candidates and the remainder being female candidates.
