This is the first and the easiest way to find out whether you are blocked on WhatsApp. This is not a definite sign though as the contact may have changed their privacy settings. But this is the one way you can try.

Try to add the user to WhatsApp group and if you see this message 'you are not authorised to add this contact', that means you have been blocked on the platform.
