Central Electronics Limited Recruitment 2024: Central Electronics Limited (CEL) has officially announced its recruitment drive for 2024, inviting applications for various posts, including Junior Technical Assistant and Technician. Selection Process for CEL Recruitment 2024
The recruitment process comprises multiple stages, starting with a written examination. The written exam will be followed by document verification, a trade test or practical examination, and a pre-employment medical check-up for candidates meeting the eligibility criteria.
The written examination will be conducted either in a computer-based or paper-based format. It will be a two-hour test, including objective-type questions with multiple-choice answers. The paper is structured into two sections:
- Part I: Technical/Subject Knowledge (60 questions)
- Part II: Aptitude Test (40 questions), which evaluates General English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness.
Each question carries one mark. To qualify for the next stage, candidates must achieve a minimum score of 40% (combined score of Part I and Part II). The subsequent stages, including the Trade Test or Practical Examination, will assess specific skills relevant to the applied position.
Application Fee Details
Candidates are required to pay an application fee of ₹1000 online. However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen (ExSM) categories are exempted from paying the fee. Applicants interested in multiple posts must submit separate applications, and the application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including rejection of the application.
