This course will cover critical aspects of business establishment, including marketing strategies, financial management, leadership development, operational efficiency, and legal compliance.
Advanced MDP for Business Scale-Up for MSMEs
The Advanced Management Development Programme (MDP) focuses on scaling up existing businesses and addressing growth challenges faced by MSMEs.

- Key Focus Areas:
This programme is designed for MSME owners and managers, focusing on building scalable business models, identifying opportunities, securing finances, and overcoming challenges like family business issues. It emphasizes sustainable strategies to drive long-term growth.
Eligibility Criteria
To ensure maximum impact, the programmes are open to Indian citizens aged 18 and above who hold a graduation degree. Priority will be given to individuals from:
- Chhattisgarh
- Underrepresented groups, including SC, ST, OBC, women, and persons with disabilities.
