xQc’s Earnings Leaked: The profits of xQc, a former professional Overwatch player, from streaming over the previous three years have been exposed.
According to Twitch leaks, the xQc Twitch channel made $8.5 million over the course of three years, in addition to the massive Twitch leak.
Felix Lengyel, also known as xQc or xQcOW on twitch, has been the subject of a massive data leak that was posted to 4chan in the form of a torrent file containing 128GB worth of data from the popular streaming service, with the section that has gotten the most attention being the data surrounding content creators’ earnings on the platform.
Earnings of different online celebrities such as YouTubers and Broadcasters have long been a source of conjecture and blind assumption, but it now appears that some accurate data exist for many of the most prominent and known Twitch streamers, including xQc.
Who is xQc?
xQc began streaming League of Legends, but he is most known for his professional Overwatch career, in which he played the tank role and achieved considerable success, including reaching the finals of the 2017 Overwatch World Cup before losing to the defending champions, South Korea. He was awarded the event’s MVP.
Since the cancellation of the 2020 contenders season, he has been streaming full-time on Twitch, where he has amassed over 9 million fans and is the platform’s most popular by active users.
xQc controversy
Aside from his unquestionable popularity on Twitch and YouTube, xQc has been the target of much controversy, including a permanent ban from League of Legends, which is an amazing achievement given that it only happens to 0.006% of players.

In addition to his multiple player account suspensions for openly tossing matches, aggressive behaviour, and misuse of the player report feature, xQc has been punished and penalised by professional Overwatch leagues for racial and homophobic statements.

This leak appears to have a purpose, since xQc has turned to Twitter to criticise the official Twitch account.

He has yet to confirm or reject the $8.5 million amount, or even to remark on it publicly.
Because the data only shows his total compensation from twitch since 2019, it’s safe to conclude that his profits are considerably greater than $8.5 million if the leak is correct. E-sports pros, like real-world sportsmen, generate money from a number of sources, including sponsorships and merchandise.
xQc is presently sponsored by G Fuel, an energy drink brand, and with such a large following and an established track record of success, his sponsorship rates are bound to be among the highest in the industry.
We can’t locate any sales statistics, but even if a tiny fraction of his followers buy something, it’ll add up to a substantial sum.

The latest Twitch hack exposed a massive amount of information from the famous streaming site, including users’ personal information and conversation history.
